Christmas House Tour Christmas in the TV Room

Welcome to part 3 of my Christmas House Tour: Christmas in the TV room.

Christmas 2015 TV roomThis is the coziest room in the house, lots of pillows on the couch, quilts to cuddle up in and a woodburning fireplace.Christmas 2015 TV roomDid I show you the chairs I slipcovered in red and white?  They were just too bright for our living room but are perfect in here.Christmas 2015 TV roomI have a question. Is the bow supposed to go at the top or bottom of a wreath?  I notice that in the previous photo I had it hanging with the bow at the top! I love the look of a wreath hanging on a big mirror.IMG_8323_2

Christmas 2015 TV roomWe have all the ornaments our kids, and now grandkids have made and put them all on this tabletop tree.  That gave me the fun of having a tree all decorated with blue and white and silver in our living room.

Christmas 2015 TV roomThe big ottoman does double duty as a footstool or a coffee table, and when the red chair is needed we use it for extra seating in our dining room.Christmas 2015 TV roomThis wall looks pretty at 2015 TV roomMr and Mrs Snowman sing “we wish you a merry Christmas” in front of a Dollar Tree felt tree.IMG_8583Chains of red apples add a festive touch to lots of blue and white containers.IMG_8585Red wood cardinals, a yard sale find, are perched on the mantle.IMG_8329_2

Christmas 2015 TV roomSo glad you stopped by. Come back tomorrow and I’ll show you our living room.

Rhondi, it looks beautiful. I’m sure you must be an interior designer at heart.
I have a new site now, but wont be there very much due to my husband’s poor health.

It’s all wonderful, Rhondi. I just love your gallery wall, those big checked chairs, and the red and white splashed around. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I love how bright and beautiful this is! I want an ottoman like yours, so cute! And I love how you managed to put a lot of red, white and blue together without it reverting to a “patriotic” or flag theme. So beautiful!
